How do I track my order?
When your order was processed and shipped you received an email with a tracking number. Find the shipping carrier on this email and visit the carrier website for easy product tracking.
What are my delivery options?
All of our products are shipped with USPS only. If you would like an expedited shipping quote contact us directly.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchasing. Email to cancel.

Do you provide International shipping?
We offer international delivery services to our clients interested in our products. Contact us for an international order.
How long does it take to ship?

How do I return my item?
WHAT IMPERFECTIONS ARE CONSISTENT WITH HAND MADE HAND BLOWN WORK?
All glass products will have slight imperfections such as tool marks, imperfect designs and sizing. No two items are ever identical due to the hot glass process - we never use molds or machines to make your work only simple hand tools to hand sculpt each piece. Bubbles, banding and drill marks are also normal for lighting products. Drill holes and marks are always covered by hardware and we have inspected your product before shipping to make sure that each piece is perfect.
if any products are defective please contact us immediately with photos of the product and any issues you are experiencing. Please do not worry we'll help you with any questions you may have!
50% RESTOCKING FEES APPLY TO ALL RETURNS
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery by submitting a return claim to - we will start your return review ASAP. If we find that a return can be provided we will credit your original payment method minus any shipping fees and our 50% restocking fee.
If your product is damaged in any way or has an imperfection due to the shipping process please contact us to start an insurance claim within 3 days of delivery by submitting an insurance claim to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All of our products ship free and are covered by insurance by the United States Postal Service.
