How do I track my order?
 

When your order was processed and shipped you received an email with a tracking number. Find the shipping carrier on this email and visit the carrier website for easy product tracking. Still have questions? Call or email us immediately!

What are your delivery options?
 

All of our products are shipped with USPS or UPS services, never fedex. If you would like overnight shipping please contact us ASAP!

How do I return an item?
 

All of our glass art is non-refundable since our studio creates made to order custom artwork for all of our clients. However, if your product is damaged in any way or has an imperfection due to the shipping process please contact us for a refund on behalf of the carrier service.

How can I contact my shipping carrier?
 

Find the carrier listed on your invoice or email and visit their website address online. Make sure you reach out to us if you have any questions.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We offer international delivery services to our clients interested in our products. Contact us for an international order.

 

Are there deadlines for holiday orders?

All work takes 1-1.5 weeks to create, inspect for imperfections, and ship the final artwork. We are not responsible for any missed holiday deadlines, please contact us with questions. Remember that we provide delivery estimates and it is up to our carriers to deliver your package on time.
