SHIPPING

30 day money-back warranty / replacement of the memorial with photo evidence of breakage.

We don't expect our customers to cover the cost of damages during transit, which is why your package has insurance on it once we ship the order. Email jessica@mantraglassart.com with proof of damages to your glass next to start a damage claim with the carrier.

Shipping and returns

As a small business trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible we make an effort to process orders as soon as they are placed. All MGA pieces are made to order, by hand and require significant time and costs to produce.

As such:
-All sales are final, no refunds or returns are available without proof of damage

-Order cancellations must be made within 1 hour before it processes, if the payment has processed we cannot refund

Imperfections consistent with blown glass:

All glass products will have slight imperfections such as tool marks, imperfect designs and sizing. No two items are ever identical due to the hot glass process - we never use molds or machines to make your work only simple hand tools to hand sculpt each piece. Bubbles, banding and drill marks are also normal for lighting products. Drill holes and marks are always covered by hardware and we have inspected your product before shipping to make sure that each piece is perfect.

How do I track my order?
When an order is processed and shipped we email you right away with a tracking number. Find the shipping carrier on your email and visit the carrier website for easy product tracking. 

What are my delivery options?
All of our products are shipped with USPS & UPS only. If you would like an expedited shipping quote contact us directly. We also provide express delivery if needed, contact us for details!

Do you provide International shipping?
We offer international delivery services to our clients interested in our products. Contact us for an international order.

How long does it take to ship?
Contact us for shipping timelines and estimates. We do not guarantee any shipping dates.
