How do I track my order?
When your order was processed and shipped you received an email with a tracking number. Find the shipping carrier on this email and visit the carrier website for easy product tracking.
What are your delivery options?
All of our products are shipped with USPS only. If you would like overnight shipping please contact us ASAP!
How do I return an item?
All of our glass art is non-refundable since our studio creates made to order custom artwork for all of our clients. However, if your product is damaged in any way or has an imperfection due to the shipping process please contact us for a refund on behalf of the carrier service.
