Ashes in Glass Keepsakes FAQS

How do I place an order?

On our memorials page simply select the color, size and shape of your memorial. Each memorial comes with 1 color. To add extra colors to your items please click HERE.

Do memorials have flat spots?

Every single memorial we make has a flat surface intended to sit anywhere safely. We never let a memorial leave our shop without testing it's stability first!

How do I send the ashes?

Once you place the order we'll send instructions for shipping the ashes directly OR order a kit with everything you need to send us the ashes HERE.

We return ALL unused ashes or we can release them for you in the Tahoe Desolation Wilderness

Any unused ashes will be returned with your order. We also offer to release your ashes into the Tahoe Desolation Wilderness trail in South Lake Tahoe CA if you prefer, simply let us know which option is best for your order.

We take this trip several times a year to release ashes of customers loved ones and can provide GPS coordinates.

How much ash do I send?

1/2 teaspoon - any items up to 3"

1 teaspoon - 3.5"-4"

1 tablespoon - 4.5" and larger

Cancellations / Refunds

Cancellations can be requested up to 1 hour after purchase.

Due to the highly complex nature of one of a kind glass art, pieces cannot be refunded (we use ashes you send us) but please contact us about any damages / problems with your order ASAP so that we can resolve any issues.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Depending upon the season memorials can take 6-8 weeks to create and ship from when we receive your ashes. Due to covid-19 some orders may be delayed due to carrier issues. We will contact you if any timelines change.

"We lost our precious little dog, Peanut, to cancer in December. Mantra Glass Art created this beautiful memorial with her ashes. This is the 5th one they have done for us over the years. We absolutely love it!"
