How do I place an order?
On our memorials page simply select the color, size and shape of your memorial. Each memorial comes with 1 color. To add extra colors to your items please click HERE.
Do memorials have flat spots?
Every single memorial we make has a flat surface intended to sit anywhere safely. We never let a memorial leave our shop without testing it's stability first!
How do I send the ashes?
Once you place the order we'll send instructions for shipping the ashes directly OR order a kit with everything you need to send us the ashes HERE.
All remaining ashes are returned (added fee to return) or you can request for us to dispurse the ashes.
We return remaining ashes (after making your item there may be some left over) or we can disperse any extra ash. Simply indicate on the comment section of your order which you prefer. Only products ship for free, ashes will be an added fee if there are left over ashes from production and you want them returned.
How much ash do I send?
1/2 teaspoon - any items up to 3"
1 tablespoon 3.5" or larger
Cancellations / Refunds
Due to the highly complex nature of one of a kind glass art, pieces cannot be refunded (we use ashes you send us) but please contact us about any damages / problems with your order ASAP so that we can resolve any issues. Ashes must be received within 12 months for all orders. Customers usually send ashes immediately after purchasing once they are emailed our detailed instructions.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
During normal seasons 4-6 weeks ETA / during Christmas and other holidays expect 8-12 weeks. Free shipping = 7-10 day air or request expedited shipping for an extra fee.
